What data is collected
- Data you provide in the request form: name, phone or WhatsApp number, Telegram handle, preferred area, budget and the text of your request.
- Technical data sent with the form: IP address, device and browser type, the page the form was sent from, and the traffic source (UTM tags or referrer).
No special categories of data are collected; the forms are not intended for persons under 18.
Why the data is used
- To reply to your request, select properties and contact you by your chosen channel (phone, WhatsApp, Telegram).
- To understand which channels requests come from and to improve the website.
The legal basis is your consent and steps necessary prior to entering into a contract.
Where the data goes
Requests are delivered via Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) to a secure work chat. The site is hosted by a provider that processes technical logs. A geolocation service is used to determine the city by IP. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising; disclosure to public authorities is possible only where required by law.
Cookies and localStorage
The browser's localStorage stores: your chosen site language and the first traffic source (UTM). No advertising cookies are used.
How long data is kept
Request data is kept while we are in contact about your enquiry and deleted at your request.
